某水电站排冰泄洪闸闸室结构研究

摘  要:经对堰孔双层和大孔口舌瓣门两种方案进行对比分析,某排冰泄洪闸推荐采用大孔口舌瓣门排冰泄洪闸方案。为了进一步研究大孔口舌瓣门排冰泄洪闸的排冰性能,通过水工模型试验对排冰情况和运行方式进行了专题研究。试验证明,大孔口舌瓣门过冰情况良好,试验结果也要求当来流量较小时,上游需采取一定的措施破碎冰块以减小冰块对下游结构的影响。为了适应泄洪闸过冰的能力,设计同时还在混凝土强度等级、混凝土保护层厚度和闸室墩头等细部结构方面进行了分析研究,并提出了优化措施。Based on the comparative analysis of two schemes of weir hole double discharge sluice and large-orifice discharge sluice with flap gate,it is recommended to adopt the type of ice discharge sluice with large-orifice flap gate.In order to further study the ice discharge performance of the discharge sluice with large-orifice flap gate,the hydraulic model test is used to study the ice discharge situation and operation mode.The test shows that the large-orifice flap gate has a good ice discharge condition,and also proposes that,when the inflow is lower,some measures should be taken to break the ice in the upstream to reduce the influence of ice on the downstream structure.In order to meet the requirements of sluice on ice discharge,the concrete strength grade,concrete protective layer thickness and pier structure of the sluice chamber are analyzed in the design of project,and the optimization measures are also put forward.
