摘　　要：中国共产党的价值观体现出政党的本质属性及其基本价值功能。从历史进路来看,中国共产党价值观建构主要历经孕育探索、形成发展、继承丰富、守正创新四个时期;从内容体系和核心要义来看,马克思主义价值观是灵魂,全心全意为人民服务是宗旨,坚持社会主义、走中国特色社会主义道路是主线,实现共产主义理想和促进人的自由全面发展是目标,人民利益至上是本质要求。新时代新征程,走好新的赶考之路,中国共产党要切实解决好“为什么人”的问题,有效发挥政党价值观的导向引领和规约效用,提升政党价值观建设的科学性和有效性,确保党不变质、不变色、不变味。The values of the Chinese Communist Party(CPC)demonstrates its ultimate nature and its fundamental value function.In terms of historical path,the CPC’s values construction has gone through four major periods:namely initiation and exploration,formation and development,heritage and enrichment,maintenance and innovation.In terms of content system and core issues,Marxist values is the soul;serving the people heart and soul is the guideline;sticking to socialism with Chinese characteristics is the main course;realizing communist ideals and enhancing the free and all-round development of human beings is the goal;and prioritizing people’s interests is the ultimate request.Starting with new missions on the new road in the new era,the CPC is expected to give a sound answer to the question of“for whom”,to effectively play the guiding and constraining role of the party’s values,to improve the scientific nature and effectiveness of the party’s values construction and to maintain the party’s original nature,principle and taste.
