摘　　要：鸭肉具备较高的营养价值,富含优质蛋白质、维生素、微量元素,深受消费者喜爱。肉鸭养殖时,圈舍建设和饲养管理技术是影响肉鸭生长及养殖效益的重要因素。为保证肉鸭健康生长,做好圈舍建设与饲养管理工作至关重要。文章研究了规模化肉鸭养殖场的圈舍与饲养管理技术要点。Duck meat has a high nutritional value,rich in high-quality protein,vitamins and trace elements,and is popular with consumers.During meat duck breeding,the cage construction and breeding management technology are important factors affecting the growth and breeding benefits of meat ducks.In order to ensure the healthy growth of meat ducks,it is very important to do a good job in the construction and feeding management of pens.This paper studied the key points of enclosure and feeding management of large-scale meat duck farms.
