《雪国》与《边城》中女性形象的比较研究

摘　　要：川端康成的《雪国》与沈从文的《边城》中,女性与自然关系十分密切。自然既是作品中女性的生存空间,也是男性作者投射欲望或寄托理想的想象空间。《雪国》中叶子与驹子生活在“雪”的世界,表现为一种纯洁的自然女性。《边城》中的翠翠则生活在“水”的世界,体现为一种质朴的自然女性。《雪国》与《边城》都具有女性自然化的东方审美特点,但前者源自日本“哀”的传统,而后者则源自中国“善”的传统。两部作品都以诗歌化的方式将女性塑造成寄托男性作者情感的对象,自然女性的脱社会性也进一步表明了女性作为艺术品一样被看的客体性,自然女性只是男性作家笔下的一种抽象的审美符号。Kawabata Yasunari’s Snow Country and SHEN Cong-wen’s Border Town have both shaped an image of women living in"nature"from a male perspective,that is,"Leaves"and"Horses"living in the world of"snow"and Cuicui living in the world of"water".The traditional oriental aesthetics combining women and nature has influenced their value of women’s aesthetic orientation.Different cultural backgrounds lead them to different aesthetic tastes in women,that is,favoring"sorrow"in Japan and"goodness"in China.The women in the two novels are both narrated objects,embodying the writer’s ideal and emotional sustenance in poetic form.
