摘 要:针对精馏塔温度单回路PID控制滞后大、动态响应迟缓及定速风机启停扰动大等缺陷,提出一种基于DeltaV的精馏塔温度多重控制系统方案。将塔顶出口定速风机改造为变频风机,以环境温度为干扰因素、塔顶温度和塔底温度为被控变量、蒸汽调节阀和变频风机为执行器,构建前馈-串级控制+分程控制的多重控制系统。对改进后的多重控制系统方案应用效果进行跟踪分析和验证,结果表明该改进方案有效,能够准确控制精馏塔温度并提高其产品合格率。Considering single loop PID control's large time delay and slow dynamic response,constant speed fans-start-stop with disturbance large and other defects for the control over distillation column temperature,a DeltaV-based multiple control system was proposed for the distillation column temperature.In which,the constant speed fans at column's top exit was replaced by the frequency-conversion fans;and the ambient temperature was taken as the disturbing factor,distillation column's top temperature and bottom temperature were regarded as controlled variables,steam valve and frequency-conversion fans were actuators to build a multiple control system which made up of feed forward and cascade control and split ranging control.The trace analysis and verification of the improved multiple control system show that,the improved scheme is effective and it can accurately control distillation column temperature and improve product pass rate.
