摘　　要：随着中国经济的发展和人民生活水平的提高,中国葡萄酒产业逐渐扩大,目前已成长为全球瞩目的葡萄酒生产大国和消费市场,其背后离不开法规监管体系的支持。从半汁葡萄酒标准到全汁葡萄酒标准,再到建立起以产品和生产标准为核心、其他相关行业标准为辅的较为完整成熟的标准体系,这些进步推动中国葡萄酒产业从无序走向有序,促进了中国葡萄酒消费市场的形成和发展。本文对我国葡萄酒法律监管体系的发展与现状进行了综述,首先回顾了中国葡萄酒法规标准的发展阶段,然后总结了中国现行的葡萄酒标准体系、葡萄酒生产管理和市场监管条例,最后介绍了中国地理标志葡萄酒的发展。相信随着我国葡萄酒产业的全面升级和相关法规标准的不断完善与更新,中国葡萄酒行业将更好地应对机遇与挑战,迎接更高质量的发展。With the development of China's economy and the improvement of people's living standards,wine industry has gradually expanded,and now it has grown into a large country of wine production and consumption market attracting the attention of the world,and this rapid development cannot be separated from the support of China's wine-related legal and regulatory system.From half-juice wine standards to pure-juice fermented wine standards,and then to the establishment of a relatively complete and mature industry-standard system with product and manufacturing standards as the core and other relevant industry standards as accessories,these advances push Chinese wine industry move from disorder to order,and promote the formation of the Chinese wine consumption market.This paper review the history and current situation of Chinese wine legal supervision system.Firstly,development stage of Chinese wine is retrospect;then current Chinese wine standard system,wine production management and market supervision regulations are summarized;finally,growing of China's geographical indication wine is introduced.It is believe that with comprehensive upgrading of China's wine industry and continuous improvement and update of relevant regulations and standards,China's wine industry will better respond to opportunities and challenges and meet high-quality development.
