公安院校思想政治教育的基本原则与实现路径

摘　　要：公安院校思想政治教育是公安队伍政治素质建设的源头性和基础性工程。基本原则的厘清在于明确公安院校思想政治教育的基本特点和基本要求;实现路径的明确在于明晰公安院校思想政治教育的基本思路。公安院校思想政治教育的基本原则须坚持四个统一:政治性与专业性的统一、理论性与实践性的统一、主体性与整体性的统一、发展性与稳定性的统一。公安院校思想政治教育的实现路径要体现政治引领与专业支撑相结合、思想主导与实践深入相结合、双向互动与整体协同相结合、话语创新与规律探究相结合。The ideological and political education in public security colleges and universities which is the source and basic project for the political quality construction in public security teams.The clarification of the basic principles lies in clarifying the basic characteristics and requirements of ideological and political education in public security colleges and universities.The clarity of the realization paths lies in clarifying the basic ideas of ideological and political education in public security colleges and universities.The basic principles of ideological and political education in public security colleges and universities must adhere to the four unifications:Firstly,the unity of politics and professionalism.Secondly,the unity of theory and practice.Thirdly,the unity of subjectivity and integrity.Fourthly,the unity of development and stability.The realization paths of ideological and political education in public security colleges and universities should be reflected in the combination of political guidance and professional support,the combination of ideological guidance and in-depth practice,the combination of two-way interaction and overall coordination,and the combination of discourse innovation and law exploration.
