城轨车辆监造管理创新与思考

摘　　要：在城轨车辆预验收移交运营前,南京地铁采用第三方驻厂、驻段监造的方式,对车辆制造、组装、总装、厂内调试、出厂验收、到货、现场调试等过程中的质量、进度进行把关,取得了很好的成效。本文介绍了南京地铁车辆监造管理体制和监造主要工作内容、重点与难点,重点阐述了监造管理创新内容,并列举了监造工作中发现的一些典型质量问题,对后续监造管理工作提出了几点思考。Before the pre-acceptance and transfer operation of urban rail vehicles, Nanjing Metro adopts the way of third party on-site supervision to check the quality and progress of vehicle manufacturing, assembly, final assembly, in-factory debugging, factory acceptance, arrival and on-site debugging, and has achieved good results. This paper introduces the supervision management system of Nanjing metro vehicles and the main work contents, emphases and difficulties of supervision, expounds the innovation contents of supervision management, and lists some typical quality problems found in supervision work. The paper also puts forward some thoughts on the follow-up supervision and management.
