摘  要:由于制动控制器内线束与自动制动手柄大齿轮发生接触,导致编号为HS2的线束破损,单独制动手柄传感器电源正、负端与自动制动手柄大齿轮发生短接,制动控制器通信丢失,触发列车惩罚制动施加。针对此现象,本文对人员、工艺等相关因素进行了详细分析,在采用质量工具进行控制的同时,重点对生产工艺进行了流水线优化,从而有效降低了发生线束磨损问题的风险。As the wiring harness in the brake controller is in contact with the big gear of the automatic brake handle, the wiring harness numbered HS2 is damaged, and the positive and negative ends of the sensor power supply of the single brake handle are short-connected with the big gear of the automatic brake handle, the communication of the brake controller is lost, and the train punishment braking is triggered. In view of this phenomenon, this paper makes a detailed analysis of the related factors such as personnel, process and so on, and focuses on optimizing the production process while using quality tools to control it, so as to effectively reduce the risk of wire harness wear.
