摘  要:磁粉探伤广泛应用于钢铁制品表面和近表面缺陷无损检验。磁粉探伤时使用的电流、方法以及被检验工件的结构均会对检验结果造成影响。本文以M39螺母全表面磁粉探伤为基础,通过分析磁粉探伤的原理、电流对磁场的影响、产品结构对磁场的影响,从而分析不同检验方法的适用性。然后通过在螺母内孔中开展试验,验证直流电流及交流电流在磁轭法中的不同表现。The magnetic particle testing is widely used in nondestructive testing of surface and near surface defects of steel products. The current and the method used in magnetic particle detection and the structure of the inspected workpiece will affect the inspection results. Based on the full surface magnetic particle inspection of M39nut, this paper analyzes the applicability of different inspection methods by analyzing the principle of magnetic particle inspection, the influence of current on magnetic field and the influence of product structure on magnetic field. Then, the different performances of DC current and AC current in the yoke method are verified by experiments in the inner hole of the nut.
