摘  要:球墨铸铁用中频炉炉衬的使用寿命直接影响着生产效率和质量。以黄石新兴管业有限公司熔炼工序中的中频炉为对象,分析了其炉衬的使用现状,探讨了工作环境对炉衬的使用寿命的影响因素及影响规律。分析指出,为了提升中频炉炉衬的使用寿命,需要严格控制炉渣中MgO和CaO的含量,合理控制加热功率,并严格控制废钢中Al元素的含量,降低铁水的流动性。此外,通过改善中频炉炉衬的工作环境,可以显著提高球墨铸铁用中频炉炉衬的使用寿命。The service life of the intermediate frequency furnace lining for ductile iron directly affects the production efficiency and quality.Taking the intermediate frequency furnace in the smelting process of Huangshi Xinxing Pipe Industry Co.,Ltd.as the example,this paper analyzes the current service status of the intermediate frequency furnace lining,and discusses the influence of the working environment on the service life of the furnace lining.In order to improve the service life of the furnace lining,it is necessary to strictly control the content of MgO and CaO in the slag,reasonably control the heating power,strictly control the content of Al in the scrap steel,and reduce the fluidity of molten iron.In addition,the service life of the intermediate frequency furnace lining for ductile iron can be significantly increased by improving the working environment of the intermediate frequency furnace lining.
