牛蒡子的临床应用及其用量探究

摘　　要：通过搜集古医籍及现代医家临证经验及临床应用,总结出牛蒡子具有以下临床应用特点:汤剂用量为3.7~30 g,常用剂量为10~15 g,散剂用量为2.25~2.26 g。结合病种、证型、症状选择其最佳剂量,如疏散风热,宣肺透疹治疗呼吸系统疾病、皮肤病等,汤剂用量为8~15 g,散剂为2.25~2.26 g;解毒利咽,散结消肿常治疗甲状腺肿、急慢性化脓性腮腺炎、面颈部化脓性淋巴结炎、急性化脓性乳腺炎、椎体结核、溃疡性结肠炎、急性喉炎、急慢性肾小球肾炎、尿路感染等疾病,为3.7~30 g。根据疾病、证型及症状,配伍相应中药,如疏散风热,宣肺透疹常配伍金银花、荆芥、连翘、薄荷、僵蚕等;解毒利咽,散结消肿常配伍瓜蒌、金银花、栀子、玄参、连翘、甘草、桔梗等。By summarizing the experience of several famous Chinese medicine practitioners with regard to the clinical application and dosage of great burdock achene,we come to the conclusion that it has the following clinical application characteristics:Its dosage range in decoction is 3.7-30 g,and its common dosage range is 10-15 g,while in powders 2.25-2.26 g.The optimal dosage should be determined according to different diseases,syndrome types and symptoms.For instance,when used for dispelling wind-heat,ventilating the lung to promote eruption to treat respiratory diseases and skin diseases,etc.,its dosage range in decoction is 8-15 g,and in powders 2.25-2.26 g.For removing toxicity substance and relieving a sore throat,resolving hard masses and removing edema to treat goiter,acute or chronic purulent parotitis,faciocervical purulent lymphadenitis,acute purulent mastitis,vertebral body tuberculosis,ulcerative colitis,acute laryngitis,acute or chronic glomerulonephritis,urinary tract infection,infranuclear facial palsy and other diseases,its dosage range is 3.7-30 g.Great burdock achene is compatible with corresponding Chinese medicines according to different diseases,syndrome types and symptoms.For example,for dispelling wind-heat,ventilating the lung to promote eruption,it is often combined with honeysuckle buds and flowers,fineleaf schizonepeta herbs,weeping forsythia capsules,peppermint,stiff silkworms,etc.For removing toxicity substance and relieving a sore throat,resolving hard masses and removing edema,it is often combined with snakegourd fruits,honeysuckle buds and flowers,cape jasmine fruits,figwort roots,weeping forsythia capsules,liquorice roots,platycodon roots,etc.
