基于疏肝养血健脾法之逍遥散的现代药理及临床研究进展

摘　　要：社会发展节奏日益加快导致部分群体焦虑、抑郁等情绪加重,进而产生各种疾病。对此,逍遥散作为疏肝养血健脾法的代表方剂,以该方及加减对于情绪因素导致肝郁血弱脾虚证等疾病的治疗展现出了显著效果,体现出了中医以证论治、以法统方的理论指导力。因此,通过系统总结近年来逍遥散的文献研究进展,特别是逍遥散对于消化系疾病、心血管疾病、内分泌疾病、抑郁症等疾病的药理和临床研究,着力突显中医药在改善临床症状、各项指标情况等方面的特点和优势,以期为逍遥散立足临床疗效的系统深入研究提供创新思路。The increasing pace of social development has led to the aggravation of anxiety,depression in some populations,which in turn have led to various diseases.Xiaoyao San,as a representative prescription for dispersing stagnated liver qi,nourishing blood and invigorating the spleen,has achieved remarkable effects in the treatment of diseases with syndromes such as liver depression,blood stasis and spleen deficiency caused by emotional factors,embodying the validity of the TCM theories such as performing a treatment based on syndrome differentiations,drawing up prescriptions in accordance with various treatment methods,etc.Therefore,by systematically summarizing the literature on the research progress of Xiaoyao San in recent years,especially the pharmacological and clinical research of Xiaoyao San on its curative effects in digestive system diseases,cardiovascular diseases,endocrine diseases,depression and other diseases,this paper aims to highlight the characteristics and advantages of Chinese medicine in improving clinical symptoms,indicators and other aspects,with a view to providing some innovative ideas for the systematic and in-depth research of Xiaoyao San to improve its clinical efficacy.
