摘　　要：作为碳达峰、碳中和目标实现的重点,江苏省制造业低碳发展成为生态优先、绿色发展的必由之路。文章梳理了“双碳”与制造业的紧密关系、江苏省制造业低碳发展的良好基础,旨在从政府、企业和行业3个维度去构建相应的科技情报服务体系,进一步推动江苏省制造业的低碳发展。As the key point to achieve the goal of carbon peak and carbon neutral, the low-carbon development of manufacturing industry in Jiangsu province has become the only way for ecological priority and green development. The article combs the close relationship between “Double Carbon” and manufacturing industry, and the good foundation for low-carbon development of manufacturing industry in Jiangsu province, aiming to build the corresponding scientific and technological information service system from the three dimensions of government, enterprise and industry, and further promote the low-carbon development of manufacturing industry in Jiangsu province.
