摘  要:由于战机/发动机的来源不同,造成了目前航空发动机油品种繁杂,同一黏度等级的多种航空发动机油并存,给部队的采购,库存管理及使用造成一定的困难。通过对分子结构进行设计和橡胶相容性考察,得到了与橡胶相容性良好的合成酯基础油,并由此研制了一款3 mm^(2)/s的通用性航空涡轮喷气发动机油。研制的3 mm^(2)/s航空涡轮喷气发动机油具有优异的低温性能,蒸发损失小、高温抗氧化腐蚀性能好,抗磨损性能好,能同时满足《合成航空润滑油》:GJB 135A(L型)标准和《928航空润滑油规范》:GJB 5097标准的要求,并且拥有自主知识产权,实现了航空涡轮喷气发动机油的通用化和工业化量产。Due to the different sources of fighter aircraft/engines,the current variety of aviation engine lubricant was complicated,and a variety of aviation engine lubricants with the same viscosity grade coexisted,causing certain difficulties in the procurement,inventory management and use of the army.Through the design of molecular structure and the investigation of elastomers compatibility,a synthetic ester base oil with good compatibility with elastomers was obtained.A general aviation turbojet engine lubricant of 3 mm^(2)/s was developed.The developed 3 mm^(2)/s aviation turbojet engine lubricant had excellent low temperature performance,small evaporation loss,good high temperature oxidation and corrosion resistance,and good wear resistance.It could meet the requirements of“Synthetic Aviation Lubricant”:GJB 135A(L-type)standard and“928 Aviation Lubricant Specification”:GJB 5097 standard at the same time,and had independent intellectual property.It realized the universality and industrial mass production of aviation turbojet engine lubricant.
