摘  要:虽然新能源汽车正逐步走向市场,但目前燃油车仍然占据着绝大部分市场,燃油车仍需继续降低排放和提高燃油经济性。使用低黏度发动机油是提升燃油经济性的方案之一,但低黏度发动机油可能会加剧发动机的磨损。SP/GF-6发动机油规格已于2020年5月1日颁布,对发动机油抗磨损性能的要求更加严格,评价方法也由MS程序IVA台架试验升级为MS程序ⅣB台架试验。用SRV摩擦磨损试验机变负荷法模拟MS程序ⅣB台架试验对复合抗磨剂的耐负荷能力进行评价,筛选出满足SP/GF-6发动机油规格要求的复合抗磨剂,并用MS程序ⅣB台架试验和MS程序Ⅹ台架试验(正时链条磨损台架试验)对筛选出来的复合抗磨剂进行验证。结果表明,用SRV摩擦磨损试验机筛选出来的复合抗磨剂同时通过了MS程序ⅣB台架试验和MS程序Ⅹ台架试验,可以为后续开发和筛选满足SP/GF-6规格的低黏度发动机油复合抗磨剂提供技术支持和模拟评价手段。Although new energy vehicles were gradually entering the market.At present,fuel vehicles still occupied most of the market,and fuel vehicles still need to continue to reduce emissions and improve fuel economy.Using low viscosity engine oil was one of the solutions to improve fuel economy,but low viscosity engine oil might aggravate engine wear.SP/GF-6 engine oil specification was issued on May 1,2020.The requirement of anti-wear performance of engine oil was more stringent,and the evaluation method was also upgraded from MS program IVA rig test to MS programⅣB rig test.SRV friction and wear tester was used to simulate MS programⅣB rig test with variable load method to evaluate the load resistance of the complex anti-wear additive.The complex anti-wear additive that met the specification requirements of SP/GF-6 engine oil was screened,and was verified with MS programⅣB rig test and MS program X rig test(timing chain wear rig test).The results showed that the complex anti-wear additive screened by SRV friction and wear tester had passed the rig test of MS programⅣB and MS program X rig test at the same time.It could provide technical support and simulation evaluation means for the subsequent development and screening of low viscosity engine oil complex anti-wear additives that met SP/GF-6 specifications.
