摘  要:采用C-N氧化偶合反应,N-N偶联反应/C-N重排反应及仲胺颜色反应3种方法分别合成了3种低聚胺抗氧剂。用红外光谱(IR)和核磁共振谱(NMR)对这3种低聚胺抗氧剂的分子结构进行了分析,用热分析方法,高温氧化腐蚀试验,动态结焦及斜板结焦试验对这3种低聚胺抗氧剂的热性能和抗氧化性能进行了评价。这3种方法合成的低聚胺抗氧剂的分子结构相似,氧化腐蚀性能差异较小,但斜板结焦和动态结焦差异较为明显。Three oligomeric amine antioxidants were synthesized by C-N oxidation coupling reaction,N-N coupling reaction/C-N rearrangement reaction and secondary amine color reaction.The molecular structures of the three oligomeric amine antioxidants were analyzed by infrared spectroscopy(IR)and nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR).The thermal and anti-oxidation performances of these three oligomeric amine antioxidants were evaluated by thermal analysis,high temperature oxidation corrosion test,dynamic coking and inclined plate coking test.The molecular structure of oligomeric amine antioxidants synthesized by these three methods was similar,and the difference of oxidation and corrosion performance was small,but the difference between inclined plate coking and dynamic coking was obvious.
