摘  要:3-甲基-4-硝基亚胺基氢化-1,3,5-噁二嗪(噁二嗪)是合成噻虫嗪的重要中间体,为解决其传统釜式间歇工艺反应时间长和收率较低等缺点,基于间歇釜式反应条件,采用当前流行的微通道反应器进行了以甲基硝基胍与多聚甲醛制备噁二嗪试验研究,并取得理想结果。与间歇釜式反应相比,反应时间由16 h降为反应停留时间25 s,反应收率由79%提高到92%。3-Methyl-4-nitroiminohydro-1,3,5-oxadiazine(oxadiazine)is an important intermediate for the synthesis of thiamethoxam.In order to solve the shortcomings of its traditional batch reactor process,such as long reaction time and low yield,based on the batch reactor reaction conditions,the current popular microchannel reactor was used to conduct an experimental study on the preparation of oxadiazine from methylnitroguanidine and paraformaldehyde,and achieved ideal results.Compared with the batch reactor reaction,the reaction time was reduced from 16 h to 25 s,and the reaction yield was increased from 79%to 92%.
