摘 要:某水电站防渗土料是天然宽级配砾石土,存在“粗颗粒含量较多、黏粒含量偏少和天然含水率低”的问题。针对该料源的特性,通过筛分、掺和、破碎等土料级配改善措施的比选,推荐采用筛分工艺(筛除大于60mm粒径的颗粒)解决RM水电站防渗土料级配问题。通过加水量分析、加水时序选择、提高含水率措施的比选,提出了RM水电站防渗土料含水率改善措施。给出了适合工程防渗土料的改性工艺以及相关工艺流程的设计,为天然宽级配砾石心墙防渗土料的改性研究提供了工程设计依据。The seepage-proof soil material of a hydropower station is naturally wide-graded gravel soil,which has the problems of high coarse particle content,low clay content and low natural water content.According to the characteristics of this material source,through the comparison and selection of soil gradation improvement measures such as screening,mixing and crushing,it is recommended to adopt screening process(sieving particles larger than 60mm)to solve the grading problem of impervious soil for RM Hydropower Station.Through analysis of water addition quantity,selection of water addition sequence and comparison of measures for increasing water content,improvement measures for water content of impervious soil for RM Hydropower Station are put forward.The design of modification process and related process flow suitable for the seepage-proof soil of the project are given,which provides engineering basis for the modification research of natural wide-graded gravel core wall seepage-proof soil.
