摘  要:随着国家新基建战略的深入实施,水利工程建设的浪潮也愈来愈热,天湖水库是一座以灌溉、发电、防洪、旅游为主要任务的综合利用水利工程,目前库区岸坡稳定,但土坝坝体和坝基防渗存在一定的缺陷,急需进行防渗加固。工程采用高压喷射灌浆防渗墙进行防渗处理,并采用渗流有限元法和简化毕肖普法分别对土坝渗流及稳定性在加固前后进行安全鉴定和复核,方案满足规范要求,有效可行。通过对天湖水库的加固,可保障工程及其防护对象安全,促进了当地经济可持续发展。With the in-depth implementation of the national new infrastructure strategy,there are more and more water conservancy project.Tianhu Reservoir is a comprehensive water conservancy project with the main tasks of irrigation,power generation,flood control and tourism.At present,the bank slope of the reservoir area is stable,but there are some defects in the anti-seepage of the earth dam body and dam foundation,so anti-seepage reinforcement is urgently needed.The project adopts high-pressure jet grouting cutoff wall for anti-seepage treatment,and adopts seepage finite element method and simplified Bishop method to conduct safety appraisal and review on seepage and stability of earth dam before and after reinforcement.The scheme meets the specification requirements and is effective and feasible.The reinforcement of Tianhu Reservoir can ensure the safety of the project and its protection objects,and promote the sustainable development of local economy.
