摘 要:新疆大石门水库工程古河槽深厚覆盖层厚度达238m,地层结构较为复杂,在238m深砂卵砾石层中进行帷幕灌浆,国内设计与施工经验很少,传统的灌浆方法成本高、功效低、灌浆效果差。通过现场帷幕灌浆试验,找出了一套适合于大石门水库工程238m深厚砂卵砾石层的灌浆方法,即“填料护壁孔口封闭灌浆法”。该方法在施工工效、施工成本、地层适应性、灌浆效果上取得了较好的成效,为主体帷幕灌浆施工提供了可靠依据。The thick overburden of the paleochannel of Dashimen Reservoir Project in Xinjiang is 238m thick and the stratum structure is complicated.There is little experience in domestic design and construction of curtain grouting in 238m deep sand and gravel layer.Traditional grouting methods are characterized by high cost,low efficiency and poor grouting effect.Through field curtain grouting test,a set of grouting method suitable for 238m thick sand and gravel layer in Dashimen Reservoir Project is found,which is called Closed Grouting Method for Filling Wall Protection Orifice.This method has achieved good results in construction efficiency,construction cost,stratum adaptability and grouting effect,and provides reliable basis for the main curtain grouting construction.
