德建水库副坝工程的施工技术控制和质量管理

摘　　要：广东许多早期的土石坝由于筑坝材料或施工质量差在后期运营出现了许多质量安全问题,因此水库修建的工程质量非常重要。针对德建水库副坝这一碾压式均质土坝工程,提出了包括对坝基开挖、防渗墙施工、帷幕灌浆施工、排水棱体等重要环节的施工技术控制原则,实现工程的施工目标。同时从质量方针和目标出发,重点对混凝土浇筑和材料与外观等方面的质量管理进行了详细论述。Many early earth-rock dams in Guangdong Province had many quality and safety problems in later operation due to poor materials or construction quality,so the construction quality of reservoir is very important.In view of the compacted homogeneous earth dam project of Dejian Reservoir auxiliary dam,the construction technical control principles including key links such as dam foundation excavation,cut-off wall construction,curtain grouting construction and drainage prism are proposed to achieve the construction objectives of project.At the same time,from the point of view of quality guidelines and objectives,this paper focuses on quality management of concrete placing,materials and appearance in detail.
