摘　　要：介绍了ZN12-12型真空断路器的结构,对一起该型号的发电机出口断路器合闸故障进行分析,对该起故障发生情况及故障解决情况进行说明,得出了机械特性发生变化导致操作机构故障是引起此次合闸故障的主要原因的结论;针对该种故障,提出了如加强维护、缩短检修周期及升级改造等相应的防范措施,有效防止类似问题的发生。This paper describes the structure of ZN12-12 vacuum circuit breaker and analyses the closing failure of this type of generator outlet circuit breaker.It also describes the occurrence and resolution of the fault,and draws a conclusion that the main cause of this closing fault is the failure of operating mechanism caused by the change of mechanical characteristics.In view of this kind of failure,corresponding preventive measures such as strengthening maintenance,shortening maintenance period,upgrading and transformation are put forward to effectively prevent similar problems.
