摘  要:水轮发电机组在电网主要承担调峰、调频、事故备用作用,调峰调频水电站开停机比较频繁,自动开机成功率是水电厂可靠运行的一个重要指标,保证电网安全稳定运行的基础,开机成功率的统计是以机组从发开机指令起至同期并网全过程完成考虑,否则为不成功。以某电厂为例,通过开机流程对导致自动开机不成功的故障类型、分布、原因进行统计分析,提出改进措施,探讨提高水轮发电机组自动开机成功率的方法,为水电厂无人值班提供保证。Water turbine generator units are mainly used for peak shaving,frequency modulation and emergency standby in the power grid.The startup and shutdown of hydropower stations for peak load regulation and frequency regulation are frequent.The success rate of automatic startup is an important indicator for the reliable operation of hydropower plants,and also the basis for ensuring the safe and stable operation of power grids.The statistics of the startup success rate is based on the whole process of the unit from the time of issuing the startup command to the completion of grid connection at the same time,otherwise it is considered as unsuccessful.Taking a power plant as an example,this paper makes a statistical analysis of the types,distribution and causes of failures that lead to unsuccessful automatic startup,puts forward improvement measures,and discusses the methods to improve the success rate of automatic startup of hydraulic turbine generator units.
