摘  要:阐述了对于高水头、高转速,过机水流中泥沙含量即高又硬的水电站,在电站设计、水轮机设计、选型制造时应该充分考虑到由此引发的问题,并通过水库的综合调度、泥沙排泄,优化机组结构和采用抗磨蚀材料防护等措施来提高机组的可靠性,延长检修周期。瑞丽江电站的水轮机部件经过10+a的研究分析、技术改造,已大大提高了机组的可靠性、可利用小时数,且延长了机组检修周期,既保证了机组的长周期安全稳定运行,也降低了机组检修的直接成本和间接成本。For hydropower stations with high water head,high speed,and high and hard sediment content in turbine flow,the problems arising therefrom shall be fully considered in the design of power station,design of hydraulic turbine,and selection and manufacture.The reliability of the unit is improved and the maintenance period is extended through the comprehensive dispatching of the reservoir,sediment discharge,optimization of the unit structure and the use of anti-abrasion materials.After more than ten years of research,analysis and technical transformation,the turbine components of Ruilijiang Hydropower Station have greatly improved the reliability of the unit,the number of available hours and the maintenance period of the unit.It not only ensures the long-term safe and stable operation of the unit,but also reduces the direct and indirect costs of unit maintenance.
