锦屏二级水电站引水隧洞检修情况分析及处理

摘　　要：雅砻江锦屏大河湾,是中国著名的“三大河弯”之一,从二十世纪六十年代开始,锦屏大河弯的开发,已经进行了五十余年的研究。历经几代建设者的努力,现今锦屏二级水电站全面投产已7a有余。锦屏二级水电站以其引水隧洞埋藏深、洞线长、洞径大、水文地质条件复杂、施工难度大而闻名于世,是目前世界上规模最大、难度最大的水工隧洞工程。电站投产以来,锦屏水力发电厂已完成其四条引水隧洞检修工作,对锦屏二级水电站引水隧洞运行多年来的放空排查及检修处理情况作介绍,旨在总结长隧洞高水头电站引水隧洞运行检修的经验。Jinping Bay of Yalong River is one of the three famous river bends in China.Since 1960s,the development of Jinping River Bend has been studied for more than 50 years.With the efforts of several generations of builders,Jinping II Hydropower Station has been put into full operation for more than seven years now.Jinping II Hydropower Station is known for its deep buried diversion tunnel,long tunnel line,large diameter,complex hydrogeological conditions and difficult construction.It is the largest and most difficult hydraulic tunnel project in the world at present.Since putting into operation,Jinping Hydropower Plant has completed the overhaul of four diversion tunnels.This paper describes the operation of the diversion tunnel of Jinping II Hydropower Station for many years,including the emptying investigation and overhaul treatment,in order to summarize the experience of operation and overhaul of the diversion tunnel of long tunnel and high head hydropower station.
