精准活血化瘀合针灸理疗治疗失眠的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨失眠患者应用精准活血化瘀合针灸理疗治疗的效果。方法 纳入100例失眠患者,随机分为两组,按照收治顺序,号数能被3整除的33人作为对照组,其余作为治疗组。对照组按照常规辩证分型治疗,治疗组常规辩证分型+血府逐瘀汤加减合针灸理疗治疗,均连续治疗15d。观察两组临床疗效。结果 两组总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组临床愈显率较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组未见明显不良反应。结论 失眠患者应用精准活血化瘀合针灸理疗治疗效果显著,标本同治,验证了“久病多瘀”之理,且无毒副作用,值得借鉴。Objective To explore the effect of precise activating blood circulation and removing stasis combined with acupuncture therapy on insomnia patients.Methods a total of 100 patients with insomnia were enrolled and randomly divided into two groups.33 patients whose number could be divisible by 3 were treated as control group and the rest were treated as treatment group.The control group was treated with conventional dialectical typing,and the treatment group was treated with conventional dialectical typing plus Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction plus acupuncture physiotherapy for 15 consecutive days.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed.Results There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The clinical improvement rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).No obvious adverse reactions were observed in the two groups.Conclusion The treatment of insomnia patients with precise activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis combined with acupuncture and moxibustion has a significant effect,and the same treatment of specimens verifies the principle of "long illness with more blood stasis",and has no toxic side effects,which is worth learning from.
