摘 要:以某大型传染病医院的负压隔离病房为研究对象,采用CFD模拟负压隔离病房送排风口不同工况下室内气流组织及污染物分布。结果表明送风口设置在房间中部时,医护人员呼吸区域的污染物滞留时间短且浓度较低,同时适当调整双下排风口之间的风量差,能够优化气流组织,促进污染物的排出。Taking the negative pressure isolation ward of a large infectious disease hospital as the research object,CFD was used to simulate the indoor air distribution and pollutant distribution at the air supply and exhaust outlets of the negative pressure isolation ward under different working conditions.The results show that when the air supply outlet is set in the middle of the room,the residence time of pollutants in the breathing area of medical personnel is short and the concentration is low.At the same time,the air volume difference between the two lower air outlets can be adjusted properly,which can optimize the air distribution and promote the discharge of pollutants.
