摘  要:为满足房屋建筑使用功能的转换以及更好地利用建筑空间,往往需要对既有建筑进行抽柱改造。针对抽柱改造的方法,提出了一种混凝土柱局部分拆支顶的方法对混凝土柱进行凿除。介绍了抽柱施工工艺流程,对施工过程进行安全验算并提出了施工要点;抽柱改造后对结构进行了加固设计以及对加固改造后的建筑结构进行建模计算。工程实践表明,提出的抽柱方法具有免外部支撑、施工工期短、节约造价、受力性能良好等优势,在实际应用中取得了良好效果。In order to satisfy the conversion of building function and make better use of building space,it is often necessary to transform the existing buildings by pulling columns.Aiming at the reconstruction method of pumping column,a method of removing partial support roof of concrete column is proposed to remove concrete column.Introduces the construction technology flow of column extraction,carries on the safety checking calculation to the construction process and puts forward the construction key points.After the transformation of the pumping column,the structural reinforcement design is carried out and the building structure is modeled and calculated.The engineering practice shows that the method proposed in this paper has the advantages of avoiding external support,short construction period,saving cost and good mechanical performance,and has achieved good results in practical application.
