摘 要:主要论述11 m超深承台基坑的优化设计及关键施工技术。通过区域范围内卸土和水泥搅拌桩地基封底坑内加固的方式,降低了基坑垂直开挖深度,同时在基坑内设置3道内支撑,确保11 m超深承台基坑施工安全。梳理了施工工艺流程,确保现场施工流畅。最终,将基坑实际垂直开挖深度由原来的11.48 m降低至9.18 m,使得基坑施工安全风险大大降低,同时节省基坑施工造价。This paper mainly discusses the optimal design and key construction technology of 11 m super deep foundation pit.The vertical excavation depth of the foundation pit is reduced by means of Soil Unloading within the area and reinforcement in the bottom sealing pit of the cement mixing pile foundation.At the same time,three internal supports are set in the foundation pit to ensure the safety of the construction of the 11m ultra deep bearing platform foundation pit.The construction process is sorted out to ensure the smooth construction on site.Finally,the actual vertical excavation depth of the foundation pit is reduced from 11.48 m to 9.18 m,which greatly reduces the safety risk of foundation pit construction and saves the construction cost of foundation pit.
