摘 要:提出了一个大吨位单桩竖向抗压静载试验安全评价体系,用于改进大吨位单桩竖向抗压静载试验的安全管理。本文首先对大吨位单桩竖向抗压静载试验进行了安全风险识别,然后采用层次分析法构建各层次判断矩阵,再通过专家打分法,获得了大吨位单桩抗压静载试验一级安全风险指标和二级安全风险指标的权重系数,得到了安全风险评价层次模型。通过分析该模型,得出了两个权重系数最大的一级指标:管理缺陷和环境风险;5个权重系数最大的二级指标:地基环境、危险源辨识、人的安全意识、组织管理缺陷、机械设备的使用。该安全评价体系体现了有轻有重、层次分明的管理特色,改进了单桩竖向抗压静载试验的安全管理。A safety evaluation system is proposed to improve the safety management of large tonnage vertical compressive static load test on single pile.Factors affecting the safety of large tonnage vertical compressive static load test on single pile were first identified.Then,experts were invited to score the significance of different factors affecting the safety of the test,after which the judgement matrix was constructed following analytic hierarchy process to get the weights for different primary and secondary influence factors.Finally,the sequence of different primary and secondary influence factors were determined.According to the analysis results,the two most important primary influence factors are management deficiencies and environmental risk,and the five most important secondary influence factors are foundation condition,identification of the source of risk,safety awareness,organizational management deficiencies and usage of the equipment.The safety evaluation system of large tonnage vertical compressive static load test on single pile proposed in this paper is clearly focused and well-structured,which can improve the safety management of large tonnage vertical compressive static load test on single pile.
