摘　　要：本文通过对喷煤管送煤压力的研究,利用尾煤/头煤送煤压力的波动情况对分解炉出口温度及烧成温度进行预测,从而提早进行尾煤/头煤的喂煤调节,稳定生产工况,缓解喂煤反馈值滞后对生产过程造成的影响。Based on the research of coal feeding pressure of burned pipe, this paper predicts the outlet temperature of calciner and the temperature of clinker burning system by using the fluctuation of the coal feeding pressure of the tail coal and head coal, aim to adjust feeding coal of tail coal/head coal in advance, stabilize the production condition and alleviate the influence of coal feeding feedback lag on the production process.
