摘 要:设计了一种筒体网壳做为熟料库美化亮化造型的结构体,与熟料库钢屋盖分离,独立矗立于预应力混凝土库顶环梁。分析表明该网壳体系传力途径明确,风荷载状况下变形小,结构稳定性好,有利于光伏板设置或者美化板材的铺贴。对施工工况进行了模拟分析,结合施工实际监测数据,该体系能在施工时满足规范要求。水泥厂美化亮化工作逐渐成为行业趋势,本文研究内容可供行业交流之用。A cylindrical reticulated shell is designed as a structure for beautifying and lighting the clinker silo, which is separated from the steel roof of the clinker silo and stands independently on the top ring beam of the prestressed concrete silo. The analysis shows that the reticulated shell system has a clear force transmission path, small deformation under wind load conditions, and good structural stability, which is conducive to the installation of photovoltaic panels or beautifying the paving of panels. The simulation analysis of the construction conditions was carried out, combined with the actual monitoring data of the construction, the system can meet the specification requirements during construction. The beautification and lighting work of cement plants has gradually become an industry trend,and the research content of this paper can be used for industry communication.
