摘 要:为解决开普封层层间以及与下承层之间黏结力不足,易出现层间剪切破坏,导致路面坑槽、车辙波浪等病害问题,采用路面层间黏结性能测试和扫刷试验,从沥青用量、碎石粒径等方面对开普封层材料组成进行优化,并对再生沥青路面(Reclaimed Asphalt Pavement,RAP)集料进行预裹覆,取代部分新集料,分析对层间抗拉强度、抗剪强度和最大扭矩的影响,揭示不同因素和上下层配伍性对开普封层层间黏结的影响。结果表明:4.75~9.5 mm粒径范围的玄武岩的脱石率最低,与沥青的黏结效果更好。当碎石覆盖率为90%,采用MS-Ⅲ型微表处,配合4.75~9.5 mm粒径的玄武岩时,开普封层的配伍性最优,且与下承层的层间黏结性最好。对RAP进行预裹覆后,抗拉强度、剪切强度、最大扭矩较无裹覆集料分别提高了58%,23%和13%,满足开普封层的黏结要求,经过优化材料组成后的开普封层的黏结性能明显提高。In order to solve the problem of insufficient adhesion between cape seal layers and between cape seal layers and sub-layer,which is prone to interlayer shear failure and leads to diseases such as pavement potholes,ruts and waves,this paper adopts pavement interlayer adhesion performance test and brushing test to optimize the composition of cape seal layer materials from the aspects of asphalt dosage and gravel particle size,and reclaimed asphalt pavement(RAP)is pre-wrapped to replace some new aggregates.Its influence on interlayer tensile strength,shear strength and maximum torque is analyzed,then the effects of different factors and the compatibility of upper and lower layers on the interlayer adhesion of cape seal are revealed.The results show that the stone removal rate of basalt with particle size range of 4.75~9.5 mm is the lowest,and the bonding effect with asphalt is better.When the gravel coverage is 90%,MS-Ⅲmicro-surface is used,combined with basalt with particle size of 4.75~9.5 mm,the compatibility of cape seal layer and interlayer adhesion with the sub-layer is the best.After RAP is pre-wrapped,its tensile strength,shear strength and maximum torque are increased by 58%,23%and 13%,respectively compared with the no wrapped aggregates,which meets the bonding requirements of cape seal layer.The bonding performance of cape seal,with the material composition optimized,is significantly improved.
