摘　　要：目的应用SWI结合MRA对急性脑梗死患者脑动脉狭窄进行观察,以期帮助判断血管狭窄的类型。方法观察发病时间小于9h急性脑梗死患者56例,分别记录MRA的狭窄或闭塞的部位,以及在SWI上的SVS征的位置,并比较两者的一致性。结果共有48例在MRA上发现动脉狭窄或闭塞,有29例SVS征阳性,两者相一致者为27例,占46.5%,对发现血栓和狭窄的一致性较低(Kappa值=0.157)。结论应用SWI的SVS征阳性结合MRA的狭窄能够敏感的发现急性梗死早期动脉内的红色血栓,给血管内治疗提供重要依据。Objective To use SWI combined with MRA to observe cerebral artery stenosis in patients with acute cerebral infarction,in order to help determine the type of vascular stenosis.Methods 56 cases of acute cerebral infarction with an onset time of less than 9 hours were observed.The stenosis or occlusion of MRA and the position of SVS sign on SWI were recorded respectively,and the consistency between the two was compared.Results A total of 48 cases were found to have arterial stenosis or occlusion on MRA,29 cases were positive for SVS,27 cases were consistent with the two,accounting for 46.5%,and the consistency of thrombosis and stenosis was low(Kappa value=0.157).Conclusion The positive SVS sign of SWI combined with MRA stenosis can sensitively detect the red thrombus in the artery in the early stage of acute infarction,which provides an important basis for endovascular treatment.
