摘  要:目的探讨血管回声跟踪(e-tracking)技术定量评价系统性红斑狼疮患者的股动脉弹性改变的临床价值。方法选取系统性红斑狼疮患者33例(SLE组)及健康志愿者26例(对照组)。应用e-tracking技术获取其股总动脉弹性相关参数:僵硬度(β)、弹性模量(Ep)、顺应性(AC)、膨大指数(AI)及脉搏波传导速度(PWVβ)。结果1)同组双侧股总动脉弹性各参数差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2)除膨大指数(AI)外,SLE组股总动脉僵硬度(β)、弹性模量(Ep)、脉搏波传导速度(PWVβ)较对照组升高,顺应性(AC)较对照组减低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在SLE患者外周动脉IMT发生变化或斑块形成之前,可通过股总动脉ET相关参数(β、Ep、AC、PWVβ)来评价其早期动脉硬化。Objective To explore the clinical value of e-tracking technique in quantitatively evaluating the changes of femoral artery elasticity of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus.Methods We selected 33 patients with SLE(SLE group)and 26 healthy volunteers(control group),and used e-tracking technique to obtain the elasticity related parameters of common femoral artery:the stiffness parameter(β),pressure-strain elastic modulus(Ep),arterial compliance(AC),augment index(AI)and pulse wave velocity(PWVβ).Results 1)There was no significant difference in elasticity parameters of bilateral femoral arteries in the same group(P>0.05);2)In addition to the augment index(AI),the stiffness parameter(β),elastic modulus(Ep),pulse wave velocity(PWVβ)of the SLE group were higher than those of the healthy control group,while the arterial compliance(AC)was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The ET related parameters(β,EP,AC,PWVβ)can be used to evaluate the changes of early atherosclerosis in SLE patients before IMT changes or plaque formation.
