摘　　要：目的探讨普通静脉畸形声像图特征与治疗方式的关系。方法选取我院普通静脉畸形患者268例,按治疗方式分为手术组、硬化组,对两组病例的临床特征及超声声像图特点进行统计学分析。结果268例患者中手术组96例,硬化组172例,手术组病灶声像图多表现为范围局限,边界清晰,畸形静脉管腔细小,挤压后见少量血流信号充盈;硬化组病灶声像图多表现为范围较大或多发,畸形静脉管腔粗大,挤压后见中-大量血流信号充盈。单因素分析结果显示病灶范围、比邻关系、管腔宽度、血流信号是影响治疗方式的重要因素,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);回归分析结果显示:比邻关系(OR=7.142 CI 95%=1.621~31.308,P=0.009)、管腔宽度(OR=0.061,CI 95%=0.005~0.741,P=0.028)是独立影响因素。结论静脉畸形临床特征、声像图特点与治疗方式关系密切,可用于指导临床制定合适的治疗方案。Objective To explore the relationship between clinical characteristics,ultrasonogram characteristics and the treatment of common venous malformations.Methods The subjects of the study were 268 patients with common venous malformations treated in the Specialized Department of Hemangioma and Vascular Malformation in Linyi Cancer Hospital from February 2019 to October 2021.Enrolled patients were divided into the surgery group and the sclerotherapy group.Further statistical analysis was performed on the clinical characteristics and ultrasonogram characteristics of the two groups.Results Among the 268 patients,there were 96 cases in the surgery group and 172 cases in the sclerotherapy group.The sonograms of the lesions in the operation group mostly showed limited scope,clear boundary,small malformation vein lumen,and a small amount of blood flow signal filling after extrusion;The sonograms of the lesions in the sclerotic group were mostly large-scale or multiple lesions,the lumen of the abnormal blood vessels was large,and after squeezing,there were medium to large amounts of blood flow signals.Single factor analysis results showed that the range of lesion,adjacent regression analysis showed that the nearest neighbor relationship(OR=7.142,CI 95%=1.621~31.308,P=0.009)and lumen width(OR=0.061,CI 95%=0.005~0.741,P=0.028)were independent factors.Conclusion The clinical characteristics and ultrasonogram characteristics of venous malformations exhibit an intimate relationship with the treatment modes,which can be used to guide clinicians to formulate appropriate therapeutic regimens.
