摘　　要：构建人类命运共同体是2013年习近平主席针对全球性问题提出的中国倡议。在党的二十大报告中,他代表中国人民再次宣示,要促进世界和平与发展,推动构建人类命运共同体。人类命运共同体的内涵不断得到丰富和发展,国际社会对其熟悉和接受的程度也在逐步加深,并被写入国际决议中。构建人类命运共同体是习近平外交思想的核心,是新时代中国特色社会主义理论的有机组成部分,是全球治理的中国方案;同时,构建人类命运共同体也是对联合国宪章宗旨和原则的创造性转化和创新性发展。本文力图分析人类命运共同体的理论内涵和实践逻辑,并以国际组织为参照,阐释联合国构建人类命运共同体的优势和制度保障,概括中国与联合国携手构建人类命运共同体的合作方式以及其取得的巨大成就。Building a community with a shared future for mankind is a Chinese initiative proposed by President Xi Jinping in 2013 to address global issues. With President Xi’s repeated enunciation of the initiative on different international occasions, its content has been enriched and developed, and the international community has endorsed it on a larger scale, which is manifested by the fact that it has been included in more and more international resolutions. Building a community with a shared future for mankind is the core of Xi Jinping Thought on Diplomacy, an integral part of the theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era, and a Chinese solution to global governance. At the same time, building a community with a shared future for mankind is also a creative interpretation and adaptation of the purposes and principles of the UN Charter. The paper attempts to analyze its theoretical source, geographical logic, application, status quo, and degree of internalization. The paper also discusses the advantages and institutional safeguards of the United Nations in building a community with a shared future for mankind, and summarizes the ways of cooperation between China and the United Nations in building such a community and their achievements.
