摘  要:为应对日益增长的光通信需求,国内各大生产厂家针对光缆生产进行提速降本,并且提出了更高的质量要求。光缆按照用途分为室内光缆和室外光缆,从工序、工艺等角度讨论室外光缆生产更为复杂,生产工序更多,涉及到着色、套塑、成缆和护套等,质量控制难度更大,其中套塑工序中光纤断裂问题尤为突出。本文通过套塑内光纤断裂的原因进行多维度分析,为解决套塑在线断纤改善提供依据。In order to cope with the increasing demand of optical communication, the major domestic manufacturers for optical cable production speed and cost reduction, and put forward higher quality requirements. Optical cables are divided into indoor optical cables and outdoor optical cables according to their uses. From the perspective of process and technology, the production of outdoor optical cables is more complex, with more production processes, involving coloring, plastic coating, cable formation and sheath, etc., and the quality control is more difficult. In particular, the problem of optical fiber breakage in plastic coating process is particularly prominent. In this paper, multi-dimensional analysis of the reasons for the fracture of fiber in plastic coating is carried out to provide a basis for the improvement of online fiber breaking in plastic coating.
