速膨阻水粉型中心束管光缆设计及开发

摘  要:根据“结构设计优化、工艺精益改良、质量性能检测”原则,研制了速膨阻水粉型中心管式光缆。采用数值模型验证优化光缆的抗拉伸机械性能、高低温环境性能以及光纤余长等指标。由光缆组成元件自身密度、线膨胀系数、弹性模量来计算光缆综合弹性模量和综合线膨胀系数反推论证直径2.5 mm的套管中光纤余长(0.20±0.05)%设计应用的合理性,这为12芯以下中心管式光缆设计提供了一定参考。经检测,该光缆是一款直径小、重量轻、阻水效果好、容易敷设,可广泛应用于架空、管道、直埋等场合的具有高竞争力、优良性价比的光缆产品,能很好满足当前5G网络发展需求。According to the principles of structural design optimization, process improvement and quality performance testing, a central tube type optical cable filled with fast-expanding water-blocking powder is developed. The numerical model is used to validate and optimize the tensile mechanical properties, high and low temperature environmental properties and the excess length of optical fibers. The reasonableness of the design and application of the excess length(0.20±0.05)% of the optical fiber in the 2.5 mm diameter tube is demonstrated by calculating the composite elastic modulus and the composite linear expansion coefficient of the optical cable from the density, linear expansion coefficient and elastic modulus of the components of the optical cable. This provides a reference for the design of the central tube type optical cable with 12 cores or less. After testing, the cable is a small diameter, light weight, good water-blocking effect, easy laying, can be widely used in overhead, pipeline, buried and other occasions with high competitiveness, good price ratio of optical cable products, can well meet the current development needs of 5G network.
