摘 要:密度是聚乙烯产品最重要的质量指标之一。通过研究光缆生产过程中聚乙烯密度变化程度,以作为衡量光缆护套加工过程中的性能损失程度的重要指标。文中首先对密度测试误差进行相关分析,确定浸渍法不确定度高于滴定法。经过正交试验和极差分析研究,研究表明,螺杆转速和冷却温度对于聚乙烯护套料密度影响较大;同时,不同厂家聚乙烯护套料密度存在差异,受到加工工艺参数影响。Density is one of the most important quality indexes of polyethylene products. By studying the change degree of polyethylene density in the process of optical cable production, it can be used as an important index to measure the degree of performance loss in the process of optical cable sheath processing. In this paper, firstly, the density test error is analyzed, and it is determined that the uncertainty of impregnation method is higher than that of titration method. Through orthogonal test and range analysis, the research shows that the screw speed and cooling temperature have a great influence on the density of polyethylene sheath material;At the same time, the density of polyethylene sheath materials from different manufacturers is different, which is affected by processing parameters.
