摘　　要：随着电商经济的高速发展,我国快递市场蓬勃发展,给铁路货运装备提出了更高的要求,研发新型货运装备、探析新型货运模式,更好满足市场需求的同时可有效提高铁路运输市场份额。通过研究我国既有铁路快运货物班列情况,从运载工具种类、运行速度及编组特点等方面分析其存在的不足,并根据市场需求开展160 km/h全侧开棚车、塞拉门棚车、集装箱平车的研发,基于160 km/h快捷货车结构及装卸特点,提出“160 km/h棚车+”“160 km/h集装箱平车+”集装化运输模式,在提升货车运行速度的同时,实现货物运输速度、装卸效率的提升,同步提升铁路货车货运环境,发挥铁路运输大运量、经济、环保等优势,构建我国以铁路为骨干的现代综合交通运输体系。As the e-commerce economy develops by leaps and bounds, China’s express market is booming, which puts forward higher requirements for railway freight equipment. Developing new freight equipment and exploring new freight modes can not only meet market demands but also increase the market share of railway transport. This paper studied existing railway freight trains in China first, and then analyzed their shortcomings in vehicle types, running speed, and marshaling features. The research and development were carried out on 160 km/h all-side open box car, box car with sliding-plug doors, and container flat wagon according to market requirements. Given the structures and loading and unloading features of 160 km/h express freight cars, containerized transport modes of “160 km/h box car +” and “160 km/h flat wagon +” were proposed. The research can increase the running speed of freight cars and cargo transport speed. Additionally, the loading and unloading efficiency, and freight environment of railway freight cars can also be improved. The railway transport advantages of large volume, economy, and environmental protection can be taken to build a modern comprehensive transport system with railway as the backbone in China.
