摘  要:为探究区域物流资源配置情况及空间结构特征,从物流资源投入指标、产出指标和影响因素3个维度入手,选取10个指标构建起物流资源配置水平评价体系,采用熵权TOPSIS法和Moran’s I指数进行实证分析。研究发现:2011—2020年我国物流资源配置水平整体偏低,大致呈“东高西低、中部平稳”的梯进式分布格局。空间差异上,东部沿海、长江经济带、京津冀等地区物流资源配置水平较高,广大内陆地区相对较低;空间结构上,除内蒙古、云南、广西和贵州4省(区)发生时空跃迁变化外,其余省(区市)均保持原来的演变路径。为提升区域物流资源配置水平,提出实施差异化发展战略、发挥物流业联动作用、提升物流业发展能级等对策建议,研究为推动区域物流均衡发展提供借鉴。To investigate the regional logistics resource allocation and spatial structure characteristics, this paper selected 10 indexes to construct the evaluation system of logistics resource allocation from three dimensions of logistics resource input, output, and influence factors. Additionally, the entropy weight TOPSIS method and Moran’s I index were adopted for empirical analysis. The results show that the overall logistics resource allocation in China is low during 2011–2020 and presents a stepped development pattern of “high in the east, low in the west, and stable in the center”. In terms of spatial differences, the logistics resource allocation of the eastern coast, Yangtze River Economic Belt, and Beijing-TianjinHebei region is higher, while that of inland regions is lower. In terms of spatial structure, except for Inner Mongolia, Yunnan, Guangxi, and Guizhou, where the time-space transition occurs, the remaining provinces maintain their original evolutionary path. Meanwhile, to improve the regional logistics resource allocation, the paper proposed suggestions such as implementing a differentiated development strategy, giving play to the linkage of the logistics industry, and enhancing the development capacity of the industry. This study provides a basis for promoting the balanced development of regional logistics.
