摘  要:装配式涵洞预制构件一般为异型构件且单块自重较大,吊点设置直接影响吊装中的稳定性和安全性。本文开展了装配式涵洞吊点设置技术研究,对装配式涵洞预制构件的重心位置、起吊过程抗弯及抗裂性能和局部混凝土强度进行了分析,并对吊点位置进行了优化。结果表明:对于装配式涵洞预制侧墙,其重心位置距侧墙底部约1/3。共设置吊点2处,分别为距侧墙底部约1/6处、距侧墙顶部1/4处。采用优化后的吊点位置,起重机起吊点与预制构件重心在同一竖直线上,抗弯、抗裂性能及局部混凝土强度均满足要求。The precast components of fabricated culverts are generally special-shaped components with large dead weight,so the setting of lifting point directly affects the stability and safety in hoisting. In this paper,the research on the setting technology of the suspension point of the fabricated culvert is carried out,and the center of gravity position,bending resistance,crack resistance and local concrete strength of the precast members of the fabricated culvert are analyzed,and the position of the suspension point is optimized. The results show that for the precast side wall of fabricated culvert,the position of the center of gravity is about 1/3 from the bottom of the side wall. A total of 2 lifting points are set,which are about 1/6 from the bottom of the side wall and 1/4 from the top of the side wall. Using the optimized position of the lifting point,the lifting point of the crane and the center of gravity of the precast members are on the same vertical line,and the bending resistance,crack resistance and local concrete strength meet the requirements.
