慈甲软肝饮对血吸虫病致肝损伤患者肝功能及肝纤维化的影响

摘　　要：目的 观察慈甲软肝饮对血吸虫病致肝损伤患者肝功能及肝纤维化的影响。方法 选取2018年1月—2020年1月湖北省荆州市第三人民医院收治的血吸虫病致肝损伤患者100例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。观察组采用慈甲软肝饮治疗,对照组采用常规西药治疗。比较2组患者临床疗效、肝功能指标及肝纤维化指标。结果 观察组患者总有效率为98.00%,高于对照组的76.00%(χ^(2)=10.698,P=0.001);治疗后,2组患者丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、总胆红素(TBil)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、透明质酸酶(HA)、层粘连蛋白(LN)、Ⅲ型前胶原(PC-Ⅲ)及Ⅳ型胶原(Ⅳ-C)水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 慈甲软肝饮治疗血吸虫病致肝损伤可提升疗效,改善患者的肝功能和肝纤维化,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the effect ofCijiaruangandecoction on liver function and liver fibrosis in patients with liver injury caused by schistosomiasis.Methods 100 patients with liver injury caused by schistosomiasis admitted to the Third People′s Hospital of Jingzhou,Hubei Province from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected,and they were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The observation group was treated withCijiaruangandecoction,and the control group was treated with conventional western medicine.The clinical efficacy,liver function indexes and liver fibrosis indexes were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 98.00%,which was higher than 76.00%in the control group(χ^(2)=10.698,P=0.001);After treatment,the levels of alanine aminotransferase (ALT),total bilirubin (TBil),aspartate aminotransferase (AST),hyaluronidase(HA),laminin(LN),Ⅲtype procollagen(PC-Ⅲ)andⅣcollagen(Ⅳ-C) in two group were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group (P<0.01).Conclusion Cijiaruangan decoction in the treatment of liver damage caused by schistosomiasis can improve the efficacy of the disease,improve the liver function and liver fibrosis of patients,and it is worthy of clinical application.
