摘 要:针对粉尘洗涤器难以适用于地下煤炭长壁开采系统的问题,创建了一个长壁采煤机的全尺寸模型,并配备了溢流床除尘器,该除尘器用于收集闸门切割滚筒产生的粉尘。通过对该样机进行的30余项试验,评估洗涤器的性能。结果表明,洗涤器在回气道中的可吸入灰尘减少了56%,在采煤机附近的走道区域中可吸入灰尘减少了74%,取得良好应用成效。To address the problem that dust scrubbers are difficult to apply to underground coal longwall mining systems, a full-scale model of a longwall coal mining machine was created and equipped with an overflow bed dust collector, which was used to collect dust generated by the gate cutting drum. The performance of the scrubber was evaluated through more than 30 tests conducted on this prototype.The results showed that the scrubber reduced respirable dust in the return airway by 56% and in the walkway area near the coal mining machine by 74%, achieving good application results.
