摘  要:为更安全高效地控制刮板输送机,针对刮板输送机传统控制方式存在的不足,以当前的有线控制为基础,充分应用LoRa技术设计出一种刮板输送机无线控制装置。介绍了该装置的结构,设计了该装置的硬件部分与软件部分,并进行了应用测试。测试结果表明,该装置能耗低、控制距离远、可靠性好、灵敏度高,应用该装置能高安全高效地控制刮板输送机,具有较高的推广应用价值。In order to control the scraper conveyor more safely and efficiently, a wireless control device for scraper conveyor is designed based on the current wired control and the full application of LoRa technology, which introduces the structure of the device, designs the hardware part and software part of the device, and conducts the application test. The test results show that the device has low energy consumption, long distance, good reliability and high sensitivity, and the application of the device can control the scraper conveyor with high safety and efficiency, and the device has high promotion and application value.
