摘  要:为解决带式输送机输送带跑偏导致的设备运输效率低、安全性低的问题,在对带式输送机输送带安装误差和运输过程中各项因素导致跑偏事故原因分析的基础上,设计了一款可有效检测输送带跑偏参数的检测机构,并基于蜗杆传动机构、螺旋托辊以及典型托辊架等完成了带式输送机自动纠偏装置的设计,有效保障了带式输送机的可靠稳定运行。In order to solve the problems of low transportation efficiency and low safety caused by belt conveyor belt deviation, based on the analysis of the causes of belt conveyor belt deviation accidents caused by installation errors and factors in the transportation process, a detection mechanism is designed to effectively detect the belt deviation parameters, and the design of belt conveyor automatic deviation correction device is completed based on the worm drive mechanism, spiral rollers and typical roller frame. The design of the automatic deflection correction device is completed based on the worm drive mechanism, spiral roller and typical roller frame, which effectively ensures the reliable and stable operation of the belt conveyor.
