摘  要:为了对带式输送机驱动头架进行优化,基于驱动头架的结构及分类,采用ANSYS软件构建带式输送机驱动头架模型,并以此为基础进行驱动头架有限元分析;根据有限元分析结果开展带式输送机驱动头架优化,将优化后的驱动头架应用于工程实践。应用结果表明,优化方案提高了带式输送机驱动头架的安全性及经济性,取得显著应用成效。In order to optimize the structure of the belt conveyor drive head frame, based on the structure and classification of the drive head frame, ANSYS software is used to construct the belt conveyor drive head frame model and carry out finite element analysis of the drive head frame based on it;the optimization of the belt drive head frame is carried out according to the finite element analysis structure, and the optimized drive head frame is applied to engineering practice. The application results show that the optimised solution has improved the safety and economy of the belt conveyor drive head frame and achieved significant application results.
