摘  要:针对51103工作面切眼跨度大且顶板为破碎软岩的情况,为了确保切眼围岩稳定,采用工程类比法对切眼支护方案进行设计,并通过数值模拟技术对支护后切眼围岩受力及变形情况进行分析。分析发现,采用的切眼支护方案可提高围岩支护强度,顶板应力释放区内垂向应力有所降低、巷帮应力集中向深部位置转移且帮脚及帮肩位置应力集中范围有所减低。经现场应用后,切眼围岩稳定性较好,顶板离层量控制在30 mm以内,顶板及巷帮变形量均在允许值以内,可为综采设备安装、通风以及行人等创造良好条件。In order to ensure the stability of the rock surrounding the cuttings, an engineering analogy method was used to design the support scheme for the cuttings in order to ensure the stability of the rock surrounding the cuttings. It was found that the support scheme of the cut-hole can improve the support strength of the surrounding rock, reduce the vertical stress in the stress-release zone of the roof,increase the stress concentration in the gang, and reduce the stress concentration in the foot and shoulder of the gang;after application on site, the stability of the surrounding rock of the cut-hole is good, the amount of the roof leaving the layer is controlled within 30 mm, and the deformation of the roof and gang is within the allowed value, which can create good conditions for the installation of comprehensive mining equipment, ventilation and It can create good conditions for the installation of mining equipment, ventilation and pedestrians.
